Using Arete

These Terms govern your use of areterl.com and purchases from Arete Research Labs LLC (“Arete,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping & Returns Policy. Contact support@areterl.com with questions before ordering.

Research use only

Materials are supplied exclusively for qualified laboratory research. They are not for human consumption or veterinary use, and are not offered as drugs, food, dietary supplements, or cosmetics. Website content does not provide medical advice or instructions for administration.

You are responsible for having the qualifications, facilities, permissions, and safeguards required to purchase, handle, store, and use the materials lawfully. Our Material Use Terms describe additional research-use requirements.

Your account

Checkout and private order information require an account. Provide accurate contact and delivery details, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict an account or decline an order to address suspected misuse, fraud, or research-use concerns.

Orders & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Review your selected product, vial size, quantity, shipping charge, applicable tax, and final total before sending payment. Availability can change before an order is accepted.

Current payment options are Zelle and the supported cryptocurrency option shown at checkout. Use the exact recipient, asset, network, and amount in the checkout instructions. Selecting “Payment was made” records your payment claim; it does not verify or transfer funds. Your order remains awaiting verification until Arete confirms receipt.

Do not send a second payment just because verification is pending. Contact us with your order number and transaction reference. If an error, stock issue, or other problem prevents fulfillment, we will contact you about the available resolution, including refunding payment for an order we cannot fulfill.

Shipping & order changes

See our Shipping & Returns Policy for dispatch, tracking, cancellations, and shipment problems. An order confirmation is not a carrier acceptance scan. Follow your order through Track shipment.

If we cannot ship within the time promised for your order, we will notify you and offer the choice of agreeing to a revised shipping date or cancelling for a refund of the unshipped merchandise. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Product documentation

A published Certificate of Analysis applies only to the material and lot identified in that report. Check the product’s current testing status and available documentation before purchasing. “Testing pending” and “COA not yet published” mean completed verification is not available; neither is a verified purity claim. Research publications about a compound do not verify an Arete product.

Codes & optional programs

Promo Code eligibility and savings are shown before you pay. A free account does not automatically enroll you in a paid membership or product subscription. A preview, invitation request, or restock alert does not authorize a recurring charge. Paid programs require their own available enrollment process and terms.

Content & responsibility

Arete’s branding, photographs, and original site content belong to Arete or its licensors. Do not copy them for unauthorized commercial use. Third-party references and carrier links are provided for convenience; those providers operate their own services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Arete is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse of the site or materials. This provision does not exclude liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Contact support@areterl.com with your order number if you need help resolving an issue. Please do not include passwords or full bank account details in email.

We may update these Terms and will identify the revision date on this page. The purchase terms presented when you place an order apply to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
