Privacy Policy
How we use information to run your account, fulfill orders, and support you.
Updated September 10, 2026 · Arete Research Labs LLC
Information we collect
Arete Research Labs LLC collects the information you provide when creating an account, ordering, contacting support, or applying for a partnership. This can include your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, order details, messages, partnership application details, and payment references.
If you are an affiliate and provide payout instructions, we collect the selected payment method and recipient information. Bank-transfer setup can include the account holder, bank name, routing number, and account number. Submitted bank details are encrypted at the application level and are available only through restricted, audited staff access. Payout records may include payment confirmation references and private bank receipts.
Our hosting, authentication, and other service providers may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and security logs needed to deliver and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to manage accounts, verify and fulfill orders, provide shipping updates and support, administer memberships and affiliate relationships, record payouts, prevent fraud, and maintain business records.
Restock alerts use your verified account email to send one availability notification for the product you request. They do not enroll you in a paid subscription. Where you choose to receive promotional messages, you may opt out by following the message instructions or contacting us. Essential account, order, and security messages may still be sent.
Payments
Payments are currently completed through the Zelle or cryptocurrency instructions shown at checkout. Banks, wallet providers, and payment networks handle transfers under their own terms and privacy practices. We record payment status and references needed to reconcile an order or payout. The storefront does not currently collect card numbers.
Cryptocurrency transfers may be visible on a public blockchain. Avoid sending more personal information than a transaction or support request requires.
Cookies & optional analytics
Browser storage supports sign-in, saved cart contents, preferences, and basic site operation. Optional analytics records public-page visits, cart additions, checkout activity, and the source of orders in the same session. It uses random browser and session identifiers, page paths, referring sites, campaign tags, and broad device categories.
Optional analytics does not include form entries, private account pages, full query strings, or delivery addresses. Browser identifiers are stored in local storage and session identifiers in session storage. You can decline optional analytics without affecting shopping or sign-in. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by disabling optional analytics.
Retention & protection
We retain information for the purposes described here, including order support, accounting, fraud prevention, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the type of record, the status of your account or order, and legal requirements; closing an account may not erase records we must retain.
We use access restrictions, encrypted connections, and other safeguards appropriate to the information. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can update available profile details in your account. To request access, correction, deletion, or account closure, contact support@areterl.com. We may verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. We will handle requests under applicable law and explain any information that must be retained.
You can manage optional analytics using the control above and browser storage through your browser settings. Restricting essential storage may affect sign-in or your cart.
Children
The site and research materials are not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
