Requirements for the responsible use and transfer of laboratory research materials.

Scope
These terms apply to research materials supplied by Arete Research Labs LLC alongside our Terms of Service. If your institution and Arete execute a separate written Material Transfer Agreement, that agreement controls where its terms conflict with this page.
Permitted use
Materials are provided exclusively for lawful laboratory research by qualified researchers and institutions with suitable facilities and safety procedures. Review product identity, vial contents, storage instructions, and current documentation before use.
Prohibited use
Materials are not for human consumption, veterinary use, or clinical administration. Do not use or market them as medicines, supplements, food, cosmetics, or consumer products, and do not represent them as approved for those uses.
Handling & documentation
You are responsible for appropriate handling, storage, labeling, personnel training, and disposal under applicable requirements. Retain available lot documentation with your records. A pending certificate or third-party publication is not proof of identity or purity for the material you receive.
Transfers & questions
Do not transfer materials for prohibited use or misrepresent their intended use or documentation. Contact support@areterl.com before arranging an institutional transfer that requires a written agreement. No patent or other intellectual-property license is granted merely by supplying materials.
